Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans renew yearly with a 20% discount, and you can change plan at the end of any annual cycle.
Which EN standards does the Solution Finder cover?
The current rule engine covers EN 1366-1, EN 1366-3, and EN 1366-4, with EN 13501-2 fire classifications. Additional standards can be added as the product expands.
Who owns the inspection data and PDF reports?
You do. All project data, photos, and generated PDFs belong to your organization. BYLT acts as processor and you can export everything at any time.
How do team seats work?
Each plan includes a base number of seats. Extra paid seats can be added on top, while read-only auditor access remains free.
Can subcontractors access projects without paying?
Building owners, auditors, and end customers access certificates and reports through the branded QR portal at no cost. Subcontractors doing work use seats on your plan.
Is there a free trial?
No free trial is offered. We keep the commercial model straightforward and can provide guided walkthroughs during the sales process instead.
