Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform provided by Scanditech ApS (CVR: 45479242) ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Denmark. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

2. The Platform

Scanditech ApS provides a B2B SaaS platform that enables companies to manage inspections, projects, and quality assurance workflows. Access is granted on a subscription basis to business users only.

3. Eligibility

  • The platform is intended for business use only. By signing up, you confirm you are acting on behalf of a legal entity.
  • You must have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these Terms.
  • Individual consumer use is not permitted.

4. User Accounts & Roles

  • Each organisation ("Tenant") operates within an isolated workspace. No data is shared across tenants.
  • User roles within a tenant include: Admin, Project Manager, QA Manager, and Team Member. Access permissions are role-dependent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Sharing login credentials between individuals is strictly prohibited.
  • Admins are responsible for managing their organisation's users and ensuring compliance with these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

  • Access to the platform requires a paid subscription processed via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued.
  • Subscriptions are seat-based. Using a subscription across more seats than purchased is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

6. User-Generated Content

  • All inspection data, project records, and content created by your organisation ("User Content") remains your property. Scanditech ApS claims no ownership or rights over User Content.
  • We do not use, sell, or exploit your User Content for any purpose beyond providing the service.
  • You grant Scanditech ApS a limited licence to store and process your User Content solely to operate and deliver the platform.
  • Platform content — UI, workflows, templates, and documentation — is owned by Scanditech ApS and may not be reproduced or redistributed.

7. Data Isolation & External Sharing

  • Tenant data is strictly isolated. No cross-tenant data access is permitted by default.
  • Admins may share specific projects with external users via a view-only portal. You are responsible for ensuring such sharing is appropriate and authorised within your organisation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or allow more users than subscribed seats to access the platform
  • Attempt to access another tenant's data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent usage monitoring or device-based access controls

Scanditech ApS monitors platform usage on a per-device basis to enforce these terms.

9. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

  • Login credentials are shared between individuals
  • The number of active users exceeds purchased seats
  • Usage monitoring indicates a violation of these Terms
  • Your organisation fails to pay subscription fees
  • You engage in any activity that violates applicable law

Upon termination, your data will be retained for a limited period before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law:

  • Scanditech ApS provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
