A user who completes one correct inspection is further along than a user who has seen every menu once. Start with a real workflow, then expand.
- Choose one project that represents normal work.

- Invite a small validation group first.
- Run a test inspection with attachments and drawing context.
- Capture questions as support tickets or internal notes.
