Viewing Inspection Records
An inspection record is the saved proof of a completed control item, including answers, evidence, and optional drawing location.

What to check first
Start with the submission code, project, control plan, category, control item, submitted date, and drawing label. These fields tell you where the record belongs and what work it documents.
- Use the submission code as the human reference when discussing the record.
- Read answer labels from the shared form before interpreting values.
- Open image, PDF, or document attachments from the answer section.
- Check drawing title and pin coordinates when location matters.
- If an attachment link has expired, reopen or refetch the record detail.
Use labels over field keys
Field keys can appear as secondary metadata, but users should interpret records through visible question labels and submitted values.
