Getting Started With The BYLT Tenant Portal
Use this guide as your first orientation before you start creating projects, running inspections, or inviting your team.
What the portal is for
The BYLT tenant portal is the workspace where your company manages projects, quality-control work, inspections, solution guidance, reports, public portal settings, team access, support, and subscription administration.
- Projects hold the work context for inspections, drawings, files, and quality-control plans.
- Quality-control plans organize reusable templates, categories, control items, and the forms your team completes on site.
- Solution Finder helps users answer guided questions and review matching product or material solutions.
- Reports and portals help you share inspection records and expose selected results through public lookup flows.
- Workspace administration covers team access, templates, public settings, support, and billing-related setup.
Your first session
- 1Confirm you are in the right company workspace
Check the company name, project list, and available menu items before making changes.
- 2Open the main dashboard areas
Review projects, inspections, settings, support, and subscription areas so you know where each workflow starts.
- 3Review your first project
Open a project workspace and confirm that drawings, files, quality-control plans, and inspection records are where you expect them.
- 4Ask an admin about missing access
If a module or project is not visible, your role or product access may need to be updated.
For onboarding, choose one project and one inspection workflow first. It is easier to learn the portal from an actual task than from every menu at once.
Where to go next
After this overview, read the login guide if you are still setting up access, the project guide if you manage workspaces, or the first-day checklist if you are preparing a team rollout.
