Set up your BYLT workspace

A clean workspace setup makes every project, inspection, and report easier to manage later. This guide covers the core setup flow before you invite the wider team.

What you set up first

Start with the company workspace, the primary administrator account, and the product modules your team needs on day one.

  • Create the company workspace
  • Verify the admin email address
  • Choose one or both product modules
  • Confirm user roles before inviting the wider team
Tip

Keep the first workspace simple. Add the wider user structure only after the admin has validated projects, products, and naming rules.

Recommended setup flow

    Create the workspace

    Enter the company name, CVR number, industry, and the core company address used across reports.

    Activate the right modules

    Choose Solution Finder, On-site Inspection, or both, depending on how the team will work from day one.

    Invite the first internal users

    Add only the people who need administrative or review access at the start. Broader rollout can come later.
