Company Profile And Public Portal Setup
Public portal setup controls what visitors see before they enter an inspection code.
BYBy Team BYLT
What to configure
The public page should make the company identity clear and explain what inspection code the visitor needs to enter.
- Use a recognizable company name and logo.
- Write a clear public page title and description.
- Keep contact email and phone up to date for lookup problems.
- Use backend-issued PNG or SVG QR assets for printing.
- Test a known inspection code before sharing QR material.
Do not build QR URLs from the browser host
The official portal URL should come from backend-issued public portal metadata, not localhost, dashboard hosts, or window.location.
