What the PDF pulls automatically
- Project and location context
- Inspection answers and pass/fail states
- Photos, signatures, and marked-up drawings
- Company branding, logos, and contact details
Once the form is complete, the PDF should already be assembled. Review becomes a quality check, not a manual reporting task.
When to publish
Publish only after the internal reviewer has validated the report. That ensures the branded PDF and the QR portal show the same final truth.
