What admins manage
Admins manage user identity, role, product access, and in some cases subscription seats. A user can exist without having access to every module.
- Create users with correct name, email, and role.
- Assign product keys or seats when product access is required.
- Confirm the user can see expected projects and modules after login.
- Use explicit seat management for billing-sensitive changes.
