Support tickets help tenant users request help, ask questions, report bugs, and share evidence with support.

Use ticket codes for communication

Support tickets have an internal UUID and a human-readable ticket code such as SUP-000123. Users should communicate with the ticket code, not the UUID.

  • Choose category HELP, ENQUIRY, BUG, or OTHER.
  • Add a clear subject and first message.
  • Attach screenshots, PDFs, text files, or supported documents when useful.
  • After create or reply, use the full ticket detail returned by the backend.
  • Closed tickets cannot be replied to.
WAITING_FOR_USER means action is needed

If a ticket is waiting for user, support expects your team to reply or provide more information.
