How seats work
Seat lists can contain only user IDs, so admins should compare seat data with the company user list to understand who has product access.
- Adding a seat can increase Stripe quantity immediately.
- Removing a seat decreases quantity and deactivates the seat.
- The last seat cannot be removed; cancel the subscription instead.
- A user must belong to the same company to receive a seat.
- A user cannot receive the same active seat twice.
