Your product selection controls what the workspace can actually do. Seats and permissions only matter after the correct product access has been activated.

How product selection works

During onboarding you can activate Solution Finder, On-site Inspection, or both. The backend accepts multiple product keys in one checkout session.

  • Single product if only one workflow is needed
  • Both products if the team will match and inspect in the same workspace
  • Seat assignment follows active product access

When to subscribe to both

Choose both products if your teams move directly from specification support into field execution and final reporting.
